I have shopped at tillys for years i placed an order and paid 20 for shipping for 2 day delivery i called today and the customer service lady i talked to said it would arrive on Monday even though I was told this morning it would be today so stayed home all day for no reason her name was lily she was completely rude told me if you pay the extra money its normal to wait 1 week when I said that was unexpectable she hung up on me i spent 300.00 and it will all be returned i dont understand why people work at jobs that they obviously hate i will never spend a dime here again all because Lily this miserable human being cant do her job if i could give 0 stars i would and will post this on all social media oh and by the way because they are working at home you cNt even speak to a supervisor do not order online because obviously Tillys does not have their stuff together if something goes wrong you are screwed
