VRT handled my latest car purchase from BMC & they are awesome :). They know what they are doing & filed the paperwork from CA to WA asap & also filed for quick title - as a result I got my plates in 2 days. As I was in a hurry to get the registration - I called them a few times to get updates. Everyone was really helpful and provided me all the information that I asked for. I'd definitely recommend VRT for all license related services.

Amazing service! Got my questions answered on the phone by Lilly and Ibeth helped me when I arrived in person. I had a follow-up question which they couldn't answer immediately and Bessie said she would call the DMV in the morning and get back to me tomorrow. Their modest service fee is totally worth it to skip DMV hell. Plus these ladies have enjoyable personalities (unlike most of the zombies at the DMV) and are pleasant to chat with as they did the paperwork for me to register 1 motorcycle from out of state and bring another I already had registered out of NonOp status. Got my new plate and new tabs for both bikes immediately. I definitely will utilize their services again in the future! Edit: Just got off the phone with Ibeth who called me back as promised and is emailing me the form I need to resolve my follow-up question. Excellent service! Update: I requested their assistance with a different matter pertaining to the DMV registration for a motorcycle which was totaled that the DMV kept bothering me about, even intercepting some of my state tax refund. Unfortunately VRT failed to help with that matter, didn't return my calls, and basically made me feel like they didn't care and that they were tired of me bothering them about it. They indicated they had made some calls to the DMV but were powerless to help further, being at the mercy of the DMV to get back to them (or not as it turns out). I finally took the time to go to the DMV myself on a Saturday and was able to resolve the matter in a surprisingly short amount of time (less than 30 minutes) and at zero cost. I have deducted 1 star for this experience. If they couldn't handle it, I would've appreciated them telling me up front as to not waste either of our time. That said, for regular stuff they are great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for those matters. Response to VRT: Thanks for the offer of a discount on future service. I'll keep VRT in mind for future DMV registrations. Cheers!
