Based on my personal experience I highly recommend Al at Irvine Watch Repair in Tustin as a meticulous master watch repairman who repaired two valuable early 1900s pocket watches owned by my grandfathers. After being told by a high end jewelry/watch store in Newport Beach and a leading independent watch repairman that they could not repair the watches I fortunately found Irvine Watch Repair in Tustin. In addition to the typical watch repair workbench and tools the shop has precision grinding, drilling and polishing equipment for major time piece repair work. This is the place to take a family heirloom or an expensive watch for repair. If you want your treasured broken clock or watch to work again go to Al Afdasta.
This place is the best of best, I got my watched resized over here, went to a place before coming here to a jeweler's and they said they couldn't do it so I came here and the owner was able to do it, he even knew how much links to take off right away, and the process on which he worked on was fast and quick, I reccomend you going to him and this shop for he is a master clock and watch specialist. I am very pleased! Very worth it!
