I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Management is great! The grounds are always clean. It is quiet. Its close to both freeways and a couple of main roads. The surrounding area has anything and everything you could possibly need. The school district is pretty great (Despite COVID-19) It is a little dated. The laundry rooms could get a little messy but never to the point that is disgusting and it gets cleaned up pretty quick. Its also easy for your delivery service to get a little lost but nothing that some good directions cant fix. Overall is a great place to lease if you are checking out the area. I recommend this place.

Carissa has been a very helpful resource at Woodbridge Apartments! She has answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We are really enjoying living here thus far! It is in a prime location as far as parks, trails, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and community events! Woodbridge apartments is a great place to live as it is centrally located to almost everything :)
Been almost a month into my move and I’ve loved every moment! First of all, the location is just perfect, the lake, biking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, and both the 5 and the 405 are close. Second, the community itself is so peaceful and quiet, have had no issues. Third, the apartment is wonderfully cozy with just the right size and upgrades I care about. Shout out to Carissa for helping me throughout the whole process and checking in on me, you’re awesome!
WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME! We've been here since 2016 and we LOVE it . The office staff is truly amazing and always so helpful and kind. We were welcomed with open arms by Victor when we relocated here from France and then shortly after that had the pleasure to meet Brian and Lindsey. All three are just amazing and make us feel very special every time we interact with them. Every single maintenance issue is taken care of very very rapidly from their talented staff. The location is perfect near great schools and the surroundings are beautiful with mature trees and a stunning pool area. It's really a great community and we are here to stay!
My girlfriend and I have lived at the apartments for about 6 months, and this apartment complex sets itself far past expectations. Starting with the incredible caring staff. Anytime we have an issue the staff takes care of it in a very timely manner. Carissa, in the leasing office goes above and beyond to take care of residents of the Woodbridge apartments. Thank you Carissa and staff for making this the best apartment complex we have ever lived in!!!
