I want to thank the manager Guillermo and his staff for always taking care of our requests quickly,professionally and with a smile! The maintenance guys are great- Justin, Austin, Jose ... all of them are so friendly and get the job done right the first time. The office staff are the same! Guillermo, Diana, Omar take great care of us! It is like a family here.. the apartments are roomy and have the best location in Woodbridge... Come and join us!

I have been here with Woodbridge Villas since 2017(3years) The team is amazing starting from community’s manager Guillermo thro Omar, Diana, Justin and all maintenance team too. They are working in harmony. Prompt response to any issue or concerns. They are always there for us. I am happy living there. This review is not enough to express how amazing the team are. I would give them 6 out of 5. They go above and beyond. Thank you for being there for us and your hard work. We really appreciate that.
we recently moved-in here on Aug 02 ,2020. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Omar Ayloush is quite helpful and appreciate his commitment. whatever issue we got were resolved on the same day or in informed time-bound manner. wood bridge villa has great team. appreciate their responsiveness and thankful for their help and support.
We have lived here now since June of 2019 and I am content with the quality of resident services and care as provided by Diana and Guillermo in the Leasing Office. Although I have communicated more with Diana, when I have communicated with Guillermo regarding my concerns, he has gone above and beyond to ensure my family and I are accommodated in our requests. Diana is always so charismatic, full of empathy, and compassion. She also handles concerns swiftly and is on top of her communication. Definitely my go to in the leasing office. The apartment community is a little bit of an older community, and with that comes some necessary repairs, however, Woodbridge Villas does make those repairs and when something inside the home needs to be fixed maintenance is right on top of it. The maintenance folks we have interacted with have always been very professional and almost immediately responsive when we put in a request. It is refreshing to live in a community where the managers and maintenance men are helpful and interactive in positive ways with you as a resident. I specifically would like to commend Austin. In regards to the community, Woodbridge Villas takes great pride in keeping it well manicured, the bbqs clean, pool clean, and the laundry room clean. There is diversity in the resident demographics which makes living here feel homey. I think my only suggestion would be to put at least one large commercial washer and dryer in the laundry rooms for bigger items like quilts. Other than that I really do not have anything negative to say. Thank you for your quality resident services and always being on top of it.
Gustavo was very kind the first time to come and check my dishwasher the first time. After reviewing it, God realized that the dishwasher had to be replaced since my concern was that it was leaving particles on my dishes and he kindly said that he would tell his supervisor that he needed to order a new dishwasher. I am so happy that this morning Gustavo showed me my apartment with the new dishwasher. Thanks Gustavo and Woodbridge Villas for excellent service.
