Accolade Property Management Inc Westchester by Norstar II Shannon Garza I am very disappointed in the service received from Shannon Garza when calling attempting to register a client to view a property. She was not helpful and rude, she stated that she was a real estate agent but was not willing to give me the information I needed to register with the company. She disconnected the call, and when I called back she told her assistant manager to get my number and she would call me back later. I gather from the call that the reason this property does not want to work with REALTORS is to allow a \preferred agent\ to collect commissions for new tenants. Shannon Garza should not work in real estate if she is not willing to give information when asked. All questions asked where normal questions when sending a client to an apartment property.

Accolade has done an absolutely terrible job managing the complex I live in. The staff is incredibly rude and they have so far cheated me out of 200. Definitely stay away.

They do not follow texas guidlines to be a tax exempt property. Maintenance never fixes major appliances. Great apartments, sadly awfully ran. No managerial skills at all. Entire apartment facility in Tyler tx now have a tirmite infestation.
