I live in Denton and he thought of having to drive to Irving, Fort Worth, or Dallas to get quality rehab is not a pleasant thought. Of course I had many concerns as not only was I spending way more on gas to get somewhere but I was also putting a lot of trust in people I had absolutely no knowledge on and when you are in extreme pain you can be a little more skeptical than normal. I will say the 30 to 45 minute drive is COMPLETELY worth the experience. From the first day I got a call from Dr. Storey to the day I came in and met the wonderful staff and up to now, months after starting treatment I can say I have not regretted my decision. The wonderful staff will push you to do better and they talk to you like a human being and not like another person just walking in and out. I have connected on both a professional and personal level with almost everyone who works here and during a time of pandemic and fear I can say that when my treatment is over I do hope to stay in good contact with everyone as they have become like family to me. Exceptional staff all the way around and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Blue Star Rehab in Irving TX is by far the best rehab clinic there is. I love the care and professionalism they put into every patient. My recovery was made as stress free as possible because of the hands on and knowledge of the rehab staff and doctors. The facility is always neat and clean and all of the equipment is top notch and easily accessible to the patients. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Blue Star. KUDOS and keep up the great work

This place may be a good rehab but I wouldn’t know because they have never returned a single call. When I went in all of the people at the front desk were loud and obnoxious and joking around, which would have been fine had they ever scheduled my appointments. They did not. I had to go back to work while injured and I am still injured. I emailed the manager of the office and got no response. I called many many times to try and get my surgery scheduled. Each time they said they would call back and each time they never did. I never received an email or any other correspondence from the location. I would recommend any place BUT this place.

They need to terminate all the people at the front desk. They are extremely rude and use profanity thinking that little window is a wall and can’t no one hear or see them. They aren’t professional at all. Stan and Dr. Jackson was the only two that was professional and friendly , and very helpful. After me noticing how the front was I immediately decided to go to the Plano office and do my therapy. Because I was in pain and didn’t want to deal with unprofessional people. Who has time for that?! Coming to Plano is like night and day. I visit Dr Jackson on the 10th my paperwork and therapy didn’t get done almost three weeks later. My therapy, medicine, MRI , or CA20 wasn’t done. I was extremely upset. If you want a more professional environment and your paperwork handled you might want to come to go to Plano office. I still see Dr. Jackson and Stan they are the only two people I want to deal with over there. Customer services is key, the front desk is going to determine if someone wants to come back. And if I didn’t already see Dr . Jackson I would’ve came back.

The staff at Blue Star Rehab. In Irving have been courteous, attentive and well-informed to any questions concerning: My Transportation, Group Counseling, Physical Therapy, Lunch Schedule, Caseworker, and Doctor visits. To find a balance for each Patient can be a difficult task. I oniy can speak about my entertaining, fun, emotional, an awesome experience at the Irving Clinic.
