They dropped the ball. There were problems with the installation, communication from the store, establishing a timely work flow, and lack of follow up. For an organization that is being paid to play the part of a general contractor, you would think they would be able to do that. I am very disappointed with the project and results. We paid the store in November 2020 and it is February 2021 and the project is still not completed. I called the corporate phone number and left a message but they don't seem to want to return my call. AVOID this organization and the frustrations associated.

After visiting many kitchen cabinet shops we finally found Cabinets to go. The quality of the cabinets were amazing for the price. They were solid wood and we haven't been able to find the quality for this cheap anywhere. We worked with Tim and he was able to give us a layout that we love and he was very knowledgeable about where to position things. We decided to use their installer and LOVED them. They did an excellent job. You will not be disappointed if you use their installer. Big Mark knows how these cabinets work, knows his stuff, quick worker, clean and very detail oriented. The installation was worth every penny. We love the cabinets and it looks so amazing!! We couldn't be happier.

We are redoing our kitchen and I went to Cabinets To go and ordered our cabinets. When we finally received them some parts to the cabinets were damaged and we call and they told us we had to call this number and when we did they told us send a picture and we will see what we can do. My husband fixed them because they were in no hurry to help us. When the cabinets came in the slide outs didn't come so we had to fight to get them we just know got them in and they do not fit. This is the worst cabinet company I have ever dealt with . I hope others do not have to go through what we have. The manager of the store is really rude doesn't have time for you and you are the customer who pays his salary. I hate writing a bad review but it's been a night mare.

Cabinets to Go, Needs to Go! I paid in full for kitchen cabinets Aug.21-20 Cabinets delivered Oct21-20.( Reason for delay Covid-19 they said) as of this date/11-17 Cabinets still not completely installed. Reached out to them and they made it painfully clear that my concerns were not a priority with them. Please save your time and money This is a warning, Cabinets’s to Go doesn’t care about customer service!!!!

My contractor put an order for kitchen cabinets 3 months ago. Every time they said they would come deliver the cabinets the delivery date would change and when I went to the the Irving location in person to get the dates of delivery the sales person said to me that there are bigger problems in the world than me not having a kitchen. I wonder if he says that to all the customers or just to me, because I am female and Latina. Till today I don’t know my delivery date for my cabinets. They are paid for and I need an answer.
