I originally went to the CareNow location on LBJ freeway down the street from this one. They were pretty backed up so they called this location and confirmed they could take me in. Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was very rude. She told me that they can't take patients from another location, and told me they shouldn't have redirected me. It was about 4:20 when I arrived, so near closing time (it was Sunday) and the lady asked why I came in so late. There wasn't any other patient in the facility from what I saw, and the lobby was empty. I explained to her that I didn't arrive earlier because I wasn't feeling my symptoms earlier. So after giving me a hassle she asks for my ID and insurance card. My insurance wasn't accepted, which is not on her, but she was very rude about that as well. I ended up leaving. My first time visiting CareNow, and I wasn't impressed despite hearing good things. I may give them a shot down the road but not this location. She was also a bit sharp with the two other patients that walked in after I did.

Very positive experience! Needed to get a Covid test and was super super anxious. Everyone was so calm, kind, and patient. Amber, the nurse, took it upon herself to keep me laughing and smiling. It definitely calmed me down and she was the bright spot we needed. The doctor was very kind. You can tell they truly care about their patients.

I honestly love this place. Their organization for testing for Covid is the best I’ve seen. They follow up with a phone call with results and I find that sets them apart. Regardless of positive or negative, they want to ensure you know and are extremely patient. I trust their results and get them quickly. Staff is super friendly. I will not go anywhere else to get tested. Also, in general they don’t have waiting time and you’re not waiting 30 minutes to see someone.

Dr. Ajala was extremely rude! I called ahead and explained what type of examination and forms that I needed and was told they could do it and the cost of it. Well when I get to the location and WAIT, dear Dr. Ajala walks in and doesn’t even greet me, she just tells me they can’t do what I needed done (even though I called ahead about it). It’s not a problem that she couldn’t complete my clearance form but it’s your tone and delivery and both absolutely sucked!! She even was super dismissive when I was trying to understand WHY she couldn’t complete my clearance form. I simply wanted to know why and a little explanation. She didn’t have to treat me like I didn’t matter. Never again will I go back here and give my business.

This CareNow location is filled with ROCKSTARS. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. My wait was no longer than 5 minutes. The nurse came in the room and did the assessment and the doctor came in a minute later. You will not be disappointed at the Las Colinas CareNow
