My visit was great all because of the SUPER staff. Usually the staff at most doctors offices don't give their name (in my experience), but not here. Maggie was so kind, Amber was the SUPER when giving me my shot, the Doctor was kind and front desk Rep (can't remember her name)was great. I feel better so much better thanks Team. Very nice staff the center is clean. However my first time having a bill, by going to a clinic after hours. Not sure why a bill is over 200 and nothing was Done. I will not return to Carenow for emergencies. That’s why They have a one star!

I came in today for some back pain resulting from a car accident. My experience overall could be best described as inefficient, lacking sensitivity to the patients time and unprofessional. My comments do not apply to the doctor who saw me, Dr. Albers who was passionate, understanding, patient and calmly explained everything to me and asked questions to best understand me and my situation. I was specifically not impressed with the waiting time between seeing the nurse, seeing the doctor and finally receiving the final paperwork to be able to leave. After a final review with the doctor I waited almost 1 hour before the nurse finally returned with final paperwork and I half jokingly said to him it felt like you forgot about me, and his response was that he honestly did.. I will be sure to never return to this location again.
