I was so pleased to find staff that were courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products. My cell phone had a crazy amount of problems. I left my phone with them a couple of hours and was only charged 20.00 ! I'm a senior and can not do anyting regarding technology, the young man was so kind and compassionate and walked me through many many steps learning how to use my cell phone. It's so nice to see young people going out of their way the help senior citizens! I absolutely highly recommend Cell Phone Genius, my experience with them was unbelievable !!
This place is a gem! They were able to fix my iPhone X screen very quickly and professionally. They were also very competitively priced compared to the other places in the area that were trying to overcharge me. Diego was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to calls and questions. Do not hesitate to use them if you drop your phone in your crack your screen!
I got my screen fixed and two days later it got messed up again. When I paid to get it fixed the staff told me I didn’t need a screen protector based off the case They gave me, so two days later my screen shattered and they refuse to fix it after promising warranty.
