Disappointed. I'd hoped we would be able to work a deal together, but it doesn't seem like your staff (Hector Flores \salesman\ and Tim Goodman \Sales Manager\) are interested in speaking with prospective customers. They have ignored my emails and have not returned phone calls/ text messages over the last 4 days, regardless if we have a deal or not. Professionalism and customer service are important aspects which will bring back repeat business or even help spread good word of mouth. If the two things are lacking enough, there will be negative reviews and people will avoid the place. I'll be taking my business--current and future--elsewhere. Thanks.

I fell for their \come in and we'll get ya in something new for less than you paying now!\ The wife was happy getting what she finally wanted, but the deal wasn't near as good as the line that got us in. Always hard when you realize that you were told something just to get you there. Happy, she's happy.

I was here literally all day but Jermaine made my time in the dealership very awesome. Everybody was super friendly and I will always do business with these guys. Carlos Sanchez and a gentleman named Tyler gave us excellent customer service today. We came in to see if we could do a trade in. To gather all of the information, run the numbers, make a decision, and drive out of the driveway, it took under an hour. I was dreading going in for the appointment because I know that sometimes they keep you in there for hours.. but not Carlos! He was super friendly, very professional, and treated us and our time with so much respect. He really made our day! Thank you Carlos!
