Culligan of Dallas made my water delivery super easy. I don’t live in Dallas and wanted to arrange home delivery for my parents and Chad made it a breeze! Chad was very efficient in answering all my questions, getting me all the information and made the installation right away. I contacted other water delivery services in Dallas and no one would deliver before Christmas, but Chad went out of his way to get the water to my parents in time. My parents said Chad was professional, very friendly, informative and was done in about 15 minutes! No regrets with Culligan!

Great system for the whole house. Our water tastes great, no more chlorine smell, no more dry water marks around sinks, and our skin feels softer. The system was installed outdoors however the installers had to dig in our flower bed and damaged our landscape light as it no longer works, scratched our landscape stone, and a few of our flowers and plants were damaged. The installer that came in the house to us tall the system under the sink put on booties but I noticed that he wore them going in and out the house. So it dirtied the floor. They also tracked mud all over the driveway and sidewalk but they power washed it out. They will be paying for the damage.

I would like to comment on our excellent customer service. With last weeks temperatures below freezing all of our water jugs froze and broke leaving us with no water for our workers. Justin Ratts the area supervisor and Brandon Guerra got us covered on the next working day. They have always gone above and beyond with our service and keeping us covered especially during the summer months with weekly deliveries. Well done gentlemen!

We had a Hans Premium Water filtration system installed by the Culligan Dallas crew recently and I thought the least I could do would be to leave a review. Reviews are something I rarely get around to to leaving but with the amount of outstanding customer service they have provided during the purchase, the install and warranty service I want it to be recognized. Even though I rarely leave reviews, I certain review them before I decide to go with one company over another. So honestly, I highly recommend the Culligan of Dallas office. The office staff who answer the phones are very friendly but the technicians they have sent to our home for service have been OUTSTANDING! Ernest and Miguel have both been out to service our system and have even come out to help me find a water leak that turned out to not have anything to do with their installation. Both are so friendly and very professional, I highly recommend them for any service or purchase you are looking for.

I highly recommend requesting Miguel Garcia to service your Culligan unit. After noticing an issue with our water softener, I placed a service call and Miguel was the tech that was sent to our house. Miguel quickly identified the problem and got to work fixing it. He had the exceptional customer service - we will be requesting him for any future issues. What a wonderful experience!
