Worst service in 25 year of using FedEx. Fist time to ask for small piece of type for a box and he want me to pay for the tape! Incredible and hard to believe you would charge for a small piece of tape to a clients with an account and 25 year of history and tens of thousands in business! I recommend FedEx to monitor this... or reconsider they new policy!
Terrible! The customer service member was very good, but FedEx gets a fail. The package was out on the wrong route. When I called to check on it customer service has no access to the actual computer record to check or update the address. It was nearly impossible to speak to a person. Long story short, my package that was to arrive two days before the birthday will now arrive two days after the birthday. Go Prime or USPS.
FedEx has NO ambition to deliver your package on time!!!! *Estimated delivery date: 11/19/2020 Thursday.... NO PACKAGE RECEIVED 11/19/2020!!!!! Called customer service. FedEx error #1: Due to the handling of the package, the label was damaged so the driver skipped the package. The package will be delivered the following day (11/20/2020 Friday). NO PACKAGE RECEIVED 11/20/2020 Friday!!! Called customer service. FedEx error #2: The driver delivered the package to the wrong address. The package will be delivered the following day 11/21/2020 Saturday. I ask to speak to the supervisor and was told - due to the holiday season, the management isn't allowed to take calls...smh
