The little old red head lady seems to be very knowledgeable but very rude! God help you if your not a plumber and have a couple extra questions. She must be part owner or something because any other store would of sent her packing by now.

My go to plumbing supply for about 10 years now. The staff is top notch. Always helpful and very knowledgeable about stock and specialty ordering. They are expanding to the space next door and I am excited to see what they do with much needed extra room.

Ferguson plumbing is my store of choice when it comes all things plumbing. I live in Grand Prairie and I'm closer to the Arlington Ferguson; however, I prefer the Irving store. Jacquad was instrumental in getting the store expanded which is given me and other customers exposure new products and availability. Jacquad always makes himself available to what I need to get the job done.
