I called today at noon. Steve was very nice and asked a lot of questions. He had Manny come out at 3:00 (he was about 15 minutes early!) to make the repair and my door was working again by 4:00. Manny explained everything to me, replaced the rollers, installed an additional support bar, balanced/aligned/adjusted everything. Excellent service by friendly, knowledgeable professionals. I was impressed. I would very highly recommend Garage Tec Garage Door Repair!

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our garage door today! Our street suffered a power outage on New Year’s Eve, which caused our garage door to short circuit. We were thrilled that not only did we receive help immediately when we called, but that a technician was able to come out and help us within a few hours! Our technician, Daniel, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. We will definitely call Garage and Gates for our future garage door needs!
