The worst customer service I have received in a while. Jarrett Bigelow doesn’t know nothing about his job. He literally looked at my son phone and said I couldn’t answer calls on my iPhone because the camera cracked. Meanwhile the camera works prefect as well as the screen. Didn’t try to open the phone. Didn’t try to run no diagnostics. This was a complete waste of time. Make me reconsider ever buying a iPhone ever again.. I have 5 currently. But running across Jarrett Bigelow- store manger who don’t have a clue why he was even hired. You have a better chance winning the lottery with this company. If you have an appointment with them. I wouldn’t waste time or gas. Drove all the way from 35 & campwisdom rd. Just for him to tell me what I already know.

Horrible Service, worst than other stores.
I think they damaged my laptop made me sign a waiver that if anythingelse happens to my laptop after the diagnosis that I would have to pay the fee again. Unprofessional confusion and seems like everybody is scrambling around I will never go back
I had an appointment to have an iPhone replaced I was there literally over an hour for them to say my apple care wouldn’t cover \u200d️ According to them they are limited to what they can do . I ended having to go to the main Apple store location and I got my replacement waste of time going to geek squad
