I wish I could give zero stars for its customer service. I have been visiting Hello India every week for groceries for the last two years. Coming to the restaurant, the quality of food is really good so we decided to have brunch over the weekends. The service has always been pathetic, we have to order in one area and wait for 30-45 min to pick up the food. Today, we tried to order something and the lady taking our order was so rude and said she cant make anything for 30-45 min and she had such bad attitude towards a loyal customer. We just decided to walk away and went to another restaurant. During pandemic, when rest of the businesses were suffering we were happy for Hello India for how well it was doing and also adding new space for food. The matter of the fact is the staff taking order did not care. I am writing this review assuming at least the Owner cares. We decided to never get groceries or food from this place again.

I used to be a regular customer for Hello India for food and grocery. I visited their shop on Jan 27th, 2021 for tea and marble plum cake which was right on the top of the counter. I came back at home and I was about to open the box in kitchen and have the cake and to my surprise, the cake was full of mold and fungi. I was utterly disgusted. I was not expecting the food quality to be of such a rock bottom quality. Being so many Indian restaurants and grocery stores in Irving, customers choose Hello India to be the go to for quick bite and cup of tea and this is not something that customers should deserve. I would never recommend this to any family/friends or any sort of acquaintance. Absolutely horrible experience. There should be serious investigation on this matter. I was reading other one stars reviews and I just noticed that I am not the first one to receive expired quality food...

Brought the cake for my baby first birthday and it is really awesome. The cake chef is very nice and he made the design well and it was two tier cake He made the make cake very nice it tastes prrfect and very reasonable price I paid him 100 dollar for an 10 pound cake cake is really extraordinary First I thought of giving to home made persons which they are charging very high but I tried here it was amazing

Love the food in restaurant. Can be a bit spicy though so order mild, unless you have a high threshold for spices.
