I had a great experience adopting my cat ! The staff I dealt with were sweet and caring I felt valued and they were time efficient I had him in a little under a hour and was on the way home! I highly recommend them if you’re looking to adopt. Affordable pricing, cat adoptions are 70.00. Comes spade or neutered, with shots and chip. I could not have asked for a better more easy time adopting.

My kid got in a fight. Wasn't the other dogs doing. My girl is currently in time out. She loved the open space up until then.

Loved it Because when we went there it was to look but when I saw midnight I said I want to get her if they didn’t put me in a room with her I would have never adopted her I love that they put you in a room with your pet to see if they are the right pet for you

Facility staff promptly and professionally received a deceased cat I recovered from a road in Irving. Unfortunately, it had no tags and was not chipped, but I was grateful an officer was available to check and properly dispose of the remains. As an aside, I'd be very grateful if everyone would please slow down a little on the roads, particularly surface streets where animals and people can be most at risk.

Great ! The animals are very cute and well taken care of. The staff is attentive and friendly only thing that was off putting was the women that was trying to adopt a chihuahua dog ... but she was clearly out of her mind ! She brung her own baby bottle and was force feeding the dog the bottle while sitting in the entrance hall as well as Slapping the dog in the face for not drinking the bottle !! All this was taken place at the entrance of the adoption center . This was brought to the staffs attention and was taken care of . Still creepy .
