Such an amazing place with great services and customer care. I had Maysa for laser hair removal and it was such a pleasant experience! So painless and she was so thorough! I felt very comfortable with her since day 1 and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. So glad I found this spa!!

Horrible service. They send you multiple texts to confirm and email and if you don’t answer one they say we are cancelling your appointment. Always have attitude when you try to communicate to them.
Loved it the service, I do recommend this place I went for Microblading eye brows and the work Rayray did was beyond fantastic her work is amazing. Going to take my sister in law and my mother there. Thank you Rayray loved the amazing work you did.
Excellent clean facility. Great location. I went here to get my eyebrows microbladed by RayRay and am more than satisfied. For some reason, people say that it is difficult to find but I did not have any trouble. If you find the correct building, then park in the back and walk around on the side in between the buildings to get to suite 140.
Initially, the service was good as this was my first laser treatment and the first spa that would do brown skin. I noticed a difference after the 3rd treatment on my chin. But, due to their scheduling had to wait 2 months before the 4th visit. I had to cancel one day and the owner wanted to charge for a cancellation fee, but then she called me the next week and cancelled and attempted to charge another fee. Should I charge a fee for her cancelling the same day on me? Then, my appointment was at 3:30pm and I had to wait until 4pm to be seen. Because I already prepaid for the services, I will continue the last 3 and look forward to not returning here again. The caucasian lady does a great job though.
