Beyond unprofessional I was sent to a job site and ask to work by this company without going through orientation. I specified to the recruiter I understand jobs are strict about safety orientation would you like me to go home he said no being in this business I knew this was a red flag. My first day on the job the superintendent comes to me and ask me who I am where's my safety sticker you working on the roof and you haven't been to safety orientation this guy set you up for failure and they don't care about anything but their profit margin very unprofessional.
