I regularly associate with this agency for my Indian trips once in a year. I always find Mr. Joji’s deals very affordable. But, I have to specifically call out an incident which happened this January 2020. Me and family were travelling from Chicago to Trivandrum (India)for twelve days. Due to heavy snowfall, our flight was delayed by two hour and half, which completely affected our connection flight schedule from AbuDhabi to Trivandrum. Our scheduled flight was missed when we reached the AbuDhabi airport during morning and the airlines scheduled us another flight for next morning, which was unacceptable for us as my daughter was getting married within three days. We contacted Joji through whatsapp and he arranged another flight to Kochi for us just two hours later, so we would arrive the expected day in Kochi and can drive to our destination the same day. We’re grateful to Joji and his firm for helping us out during this crucial situation and for their excellent customer service. I recommend this travel agency to everyone.

I have been booking tickets with Loyal travels for a very long time, their prices are unbeatable, always willing to help and good response from the team.
One of my friends referred this agency to me saying that they had very good service. So, I thought I could check it out and surprisingly enough the staff personnel with whom I interacted was very helpful and gave me one of the best deal. So here I am recommending this to as many people as I can. Hope you guys get the same kind of service that I had experienced.
Extremely dissatisfied by their customer relations. They did not respond to the emails for three-four days and were arrogant even after we called over phone. Because of this waiting we lost around 20k due to the modified ticket rate. Will not recommend this to anybody else.
I find the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. The staff is very friendly and find out the deals according to your requirements and specifications. They are very good with ticket fare as well , I have always got the best deal from them as compare to any other travel agency . I have been booking my tickets from them from 2008 and never ever had any problems so far ,they are very courteous and professional in their approach and service .
