I got the full service wash and my car didn't get full service cleaned I won't be goin back thats a promise horrible work ethic said 15 to 20 minutes and it was actually 5 to 10

Guess Full Service is not Full Service at all, last time I went they washed the seats, guess that changed and didn’t even explain what the “Full Service” includes when you’re paying. Then ask the front lady and said they aren’t doing it just appointments only.

I’ve been going to this location for the past 20 years. The workers always do a great job. I gave 3 stars because Of them. However, the equipment needs to be replaced/upgraded. The long cleaners that hang from above are mostly broken off (see picture) and sometimes they don’t even move around to scrub your car (like today: 7/20/2020). It looks like they haven’t been replaced in the 20 years I've been going. Please update your equipment. The car washes aren’t as good as they used to be. Today and countless other times, I’ve had to go home and wash the parts of the car that are still dirty. I've lived in South Irving for over 45 years. Can we please do something here so that we can be proud of our South Irving location? Thank you.
The receptionist at the desk is an awesome person but the work at mighty fine is very inadequate they don't take pride in doing their job to the best ability they think of it as fast and get them out the way instead of taking care of the customer I have been dealing with them a long time and some of the managers and assistant managers are great but the temporary workers don't take pride in what they do
