Was provided plenty of time to describe my symptoms and was provided a very detailed list of medications and recommendations. Did not feel rushed at all and felt Maryrose was taking sufficient time with me. Definitely glad I finally went in.

Utter worst experience. I have registered online and it gave at 5:42 pm. I rushed to the clinic by 5:50 pm due to traffic jam. From then till 6:55 pm She was with some patient and I could hear their laughs from outside. After me there was one more patient. Screen showed my name as next patient till 6:55 pm. Suddenly it disappeared and She said she cannot answer why it is deleted. It is so insane for someone to do such things for sick patients. I want to give 0 rating actually. So insane. Waste of hours time. I dont get what she is there for.

Nasty attitude. About 1 hour late with appointment and them they took another patient that was after me and the appointment was about 2 hour late. She acts as if I was begging for the vaccine and as if I was not paying. Worst service ever of any kind.

It was an terrible experience . Firstly it didn't let me check in online. When I walked in and checked in it told 2 hours of wait time. When I returned around that time. My waiting time was still 57 min. After 4.5 hours of wait time my name got deleted from the list. When I enquired with DR she asked to me register again that would put me in wait in waiting list for another 2 hours. How Did my name deleted randomly from waiting list when I'm at the venue. When I'm there waiting for so long. DR also behaved rudely and never expected such in professionalism from this clinic. I would recommend people to not to opt this clinic

This place and the healthcare professional (doctor or nurse?) is a disgrace to the healthcare profession. The website online said walk ins are available. I arrived at 4 and there's no one else except one patient. They close at 430. She refused to see me for a simple cold/flu. It's simple for her but my insides have been on fire and I've been coughing nonstop for the past 3 hours. What would it have cost her to spare a few minutes extra to see me for a few minutes? Zero Stars if I could. Don't bother at this chop shop and go see a real healthcare professional. Unfortunately for me it's a Sunday afternoon and everything else is closed so what could have been something that goes away in a couple of days will likely linger for weeks now.
