Ultimately I was pleased with the outcome when I had to file a claim after dropping my camera. It took over a month to finally have the repairs approved and I had to speak with several people to get any response. I hope nothing further goes wrong with the camera since I was basically told they will approve the repair this once as a courtesy. After it was approved, the company they referred me to for the repairs was excellent. They were very responsive and completed the repairs very quickly and did an excellent job. They also looked at a lens that was not under warranty and gave me a quote on that as well. My camera has worked like new since getting it back.

I have attempted for 7 weeks to get my issue resolved. This company will not call you and is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with. How on earth can I get someone's attention at New Leaf to kindly respond to me???? I have found 4 different phones numbers, spent countless time holding, left messages, sent emails, and filed additional claims. I just went on the BBB and found 200 complaints - no surprise! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a three-year New Leaf Service Contract on an expensive Nikon DSLR telephoto lens. The cost of the coverage was low enough that I simply added it to my purchase without reading the fine print. Once the lens was ruined at the two-year mark, I started reading all I could about the New Leaf contract, the fine details, exceptions and exclusions. I also found many reviews of New Leaf that were unsettling. Contacting New Leaf was not especially easy, and the communication wasn't always clear or consistent, but here's the bottom line: they fixed my lens. They fixed it, and pretty quickly, too. I got the package back so fast, I thought for sure they had just rejected my claim and shipped the broken lens back to me, but sure enough, the lens was fixed! The irony is that the camera body (which was purchased long before the lens but ruined in the same mishap) which I shipped to Nikon AND PAID 400 to have repaired by the pros -- is in some state of limbo over there--with zero communication--and taking forever!

I am so very glad that I have the New Leaf Coverage for my Induction Range. It stopped working in cold weather -during COVID- but New Leaf made sure to send a service person and got it fixed. They were professional, considerate and responsive. Thank you! M.A.C., Broomall, PA

The first time I called New Leaf to report a problem, nothing happened. I called a second time and they assigned Fast Appliance Repair co. and gave me a case no. I didn't hear from them, so I called them directly and they confirmed everything and scheduled an appointment. Fast Appliance determined that I needed a new ice maker and one would be sent to my home. After a few weeks I called Fast Appliance and they had to confirm with New Leaf that the part and repair was covered. New Leaf finally came through and had an ice maker sent to my house. After I got it, Fast Appliance completed the repair. So I got my fridge fixed, but I had to keep at it to keep things moving. At the same time that my refrigerator broke, my initial term with the refrigerator was up and I renewed it at the same time just before the renewal date expired. I was supposed to get a 10% discount by renewing online which I never got credit for. Bottom line is my refrigerator finally got fixed so I'm happy about that and Fast Appliance was very professional and courteous. Mike S.
