I went into this location for an oil change and alignment check. I spoke with Eric and his condescending attitude and rude tone is what caused me to walk out without service. I asked him to have my alignment checked, he proceeded to ask what’s going on with the car. I described to the best of my ability and that I know it’s the alignment. He wanted to have a debate and made the comment “that’s why we do what we do.” Even then I was going to still just get the oil changed. When I asked him about the advertised special mentioned online, his response was “I don’t know. I only know what he have in store.” At that point, it was apparent that my business was not appreciated.

Worst experience. Changed new tires, they replaced the TPMS SENSOR kit for 32 and asked me to drive 20miles, said the TPMS light will go off automatically. I drove miles on it, it never went away. When I went back to these guys, they are saying some inside sensor may be defective and that cost 65 each tires, that'd be almost the same price as I paid for the new tires to replace in all 4 tires. ZERO stars

Five star experience....this is my 1st experience in my life as I went 1st time for oil change and I was unaware of what oil I need and what else we need to do... But person took some details from me and came with all details about I need , he explained me which oil is good but he said it's my choice which one I choose... And I asked do I need to change air filters also? He said he will check while inspecting car and if required they will ask me wheather to do or not , But they were so honest when they came with bill it was only for oil change 49.99(fully synthetic) and I had 20 Dollers discount coupon so oil chang cost me o ly 35 Dollers and he said no air filter change is required now. ,,, happy me...
