Administrative Coordinator

The first rep I met was incredibly kind and responsive for the first two meetings. In the first meeting I told him we were not interested in their services but he insisted on coming back with his manager to work out a potential deal. I finally agreed to schedule a \one-time\ clean to test their crew. They did such a poor job I had to request for them to come back and clean everything they had missed. (They did not end up coming back) \u003cedit* I am not sure if the initial politeness was a trick to get our business but after a failed \one-time\ clean the aforementioned rep was impossible to reach. He would not reply to any of my messages! The next contact I had was him forwarding my email to another person without any note or acknowledgement to the situation. I felt like they wanted to get our business so they were nice and when we were not satisfied with the job done they had no moral support to give. That being said, I was also told we would not have to pay for the (lack of) cleaning that took place, however, months later I began receiving calls and emails about the invoice and was told we HAD to pay. Overall, I am not pleased with OpenWorks and definitely suggest looking elsewhere if you want good customer service!!!
