I have come in a few times now and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Derek is a gentleman and a scholar, he really listens and is very attentive to people. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a first chiropractor visit.

I had a positive experience prior to covid. Unfortunately this office does not understand the health risk related to Covid-19. I am now 5 months pregnant, I was informed I can no longer extend my suspension and I have to come into the office or all of the services I paid for valued more than 150 would be terminated with no refund. The receptionist became upset/irritated with my health related questions and informed me, their policies are not reflective of covid, the policies \are what they are\ even though it is a global pandemic going on with Texas being a state with the highest positive test for covid.

My pregnant wife was denied a service suspension due to covid. After inquiring about health related steps the office is taking during covid, she was informed other patients are coming into the office so she's has to cancel but no extension. We've paid for services that they plan to terminate if she does not resume services this month. Despite the covid pandemic going, this office is not understanding or taking into account the risk of covid 19. Policies need to be updated to reflect customer safety and health risk.
