Everyone here is friendly and honest. I take my John Deere generator here every year to get a PM (oil change, filter change, etc.) completed. I've never had any issues. I am able to park my equipment behind their fates and that makes me feel better about leaving my assets there on site. RDO Equipment has a customer for life. Call ahead and make sure they can get you in for service. They are busy all of the time. I'm November 2020, they were 3-5 days out on service.
