Had a lose wire to one unit causing AC to short cycle (suspect it was kicked loose - wonder how that happened) Had a second unit that was also short-cycling due to a bad Fan Control board. Was told control board would be covered under warranty. - Charged 79 to diagnose the issue with the board. - Charged additional 325 in labor to install the board. - Charged 49 to diagnose lose wire issue on other unit - Charged 50 to repair the lose wire Felt like I was nickel and dimmed to death, felt like I was over charged, felt like pricing was not fully disclosed / clear up front Repairs seem to have worked and go here quickly so give them 2 stars for that, but pricing is exuberant and same service can definitely be had for cheaper - will not use this company again.

We've been having issues with our AC and Heating since we bought our house in 2018. We thought it was minor and other issues. I called the morning of the 13th and we had a tech come out that morning to look at it. We decided replacing the unit was going to be the most cost effective option. They had a comfort specialist come out the same day. Walked through out options and not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. I can already tell a difference in the temperature of my house. The real test will be when it gets incredibly hot. But I'm incredibly satisfied our decision. The thermostat is super nice.
Our furnace pooped out at just the wrong time, record low temps!! Both techs very professional and helpful. Diagnosed quickly, unfortunately no part available but expedited the order and had our heat back on in less than 24 hours. I suggest joining the Hero Club for summer/winter tune-ups and discounted service as-needed. I got a couple other quotes replacing blower motor and Reliant was lowest by far. Thanks so much Reliant!!
Napoleon was our master tech. Polite, observed safety protocols, arrived in timely fashion. Very professional. During our annual AC checkup, Napoleon noted that a part was wearing that could damage other parts. I did not feel that it was a situation of unnecessary upcharges, as I have used Reliant for a couple of years without that being an issue. Would recommend.
Excellent service and price. Did one heck of a job installing my new AC and Furnace for a fair price!
