This pertains to Riya Travels in general. Have experienced terrible experience in getting money back for REFUNDABLE tickets even though the flights were CANCELLED. Non-personal email exchanges and canned responses from their staff. Been difficult to know, if they have language barriers or they do not care enough about their customers, either ways not a good place to be in.
Best Service from an agent named Thomas Last week my parents had to go to India urgently booked ticket thru him, he was so polite and helpful throughout the phone call. Gave a very good price and helped us with seating and meal also. I recommend Riya Travels and will always buy from them.
Much faster in responding to email or phone calls. I booked 2 tickets from another agency last year. They gave me a good deal. But a month later i asked them for 4 more tickets and they took their time and responded back in week by that time Riya travel gave me a good deal. Eric G of Riya responded within the hour the request was placed. So i give them a 5 for great customer service.
