Nice items, some quite different. Some furniture pieces I saw at a different retail outlet. A little pricey on some pieces. The salea associates are super helpful and friendly.

Went to buy a new mattress. Sales guy was very helpful. Paid and went around to the warehouse to pick up the mattress. Waited and waited... finally showed up with \a mattress\, but not the one we paid for. Got the sales guy because the warehouse workers couldn't think for themselves on how they got the wrong one. So both warehouse and sales go on the hunt. After about 20 more minutes, they bring up \a mattress\ - wrong size!! So off they go again. Another 20 minutes or so.... 3rd try..... STILL THE WRONG MATTRESS. Their warehouse people could not find red flags waving in the sky. Total incompetent workers. I would not shop there again if their products were 99% off. Not worth the hassle. Went back inside, got a refund and left. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you actually plan to get something. Can you imagine what this would have been like if it was a delivery??? 3 months later.... still trying to get the mattress???? GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I visited this store looking for a bed set and living room furniture. I was ‘helped’ by someone who was extremely pushy even for a sales person. He showed me multiple things that were not what I was looking for and urged me to buy today as it may not be there the next. He asked me if I would be buying today and I explained that I had just begun looking. He didn’t let me finish saying that I really liked the TV stand and would like to see if there were any other pieces. I understand that sales people work off of commission on but this guy straight up walked away from me after that. He told me to just come find him if I had questions, which I did but didn’t want to ask anymore. I guess don’t come in unless you absolutely plan to buy and are willing to buy some you don’t love! Another note: Several items had defects (which I expected since it’s a discount store) but it was more than just scratches or dents and dings. This stuff is broken. I asked a different employee if something that had a mirror behind it was supposed to look that way. He said they’ve broken several of them in the store... If it breaks in the store it will probably turn to dust once it’s out the door. If you can repair things and improve them, these items will work out for you. If not, good luck Charlie.

They truly lived up to their name. They delivered a much lower quality mattress than the one we ordered. We bright this to their attention 10 minutes after the delivery. There was no sense of urgency about correcting their mistake. We had to sleep on this sub-par mattress for 10 days. Then on the day they delivered the correct mattress they for 2 hours later from their self imposed 3 hour delivery window! I sat at home for 5 hours waiting on them to provide me with my correct order. This is by far the worst furniture shopping experience that I have ever had.

The Dump was a great place to shop for a new couch, rug, chaise lounge, and bedroom set. Geno was PHENOMENAL! He helped us during multiple visits and made purchasing and shipping a breeze. He communicated with us at every step of the way and was extremely personable, friendly, and just a great guy! If you want to purchase something from The Dump, go see Geno!!!!
