Chris, Thanks for your email. I did not even realize the bag was left on the shuttle bus. Our doorbell rang late this afternoon, my wife answered the door, and it was one of your employees with the bag. He said he lives in Forney and brought it on his way home. I could hardly believe it! If you know who this man is, please tell him how much we appreciate his willingness to do this. This is customer care that goes above and beyond. This was our first time to use The Parking Spot but it surely won't be our last. Gary Frazier

I really liked the parking spot before the pandemic Now ... not enough busses, long wait times, overfilled busses. When things get back to normal I might be back right now clearly need to avoid it

Easy and so safe. QR entry/exit. Shuttle comes to you in minutes. On return they run every 10 minutes, else call with a short wait (midnight). Shuttle drivers are helpful and caring. Cool class of Customers, too.

These guys are a great option to on airport parking. Plenty of buses and plenty of spots. The covered options are available if you don't want to leave your baby to the mercy of the elements. But in most cases the uncovered option is fine.. except during hail season here in Dallas! :-)

The employees the past 3 times act like they would rather be anywhere else. Last time I pulled up and the man in the booth asked in a thick accent, “uncovered?” To make sure I heard him correctly I answered “uncovered”. He said “uncovered?” I said “Uncovered, yes.” He then rudely said “uncovered? All you need to do is answer yes or no. I’m just looking for a simple answer for a simple question. Uncovered?” Geez... This location also doesn’t accept cash any longer
