Usually decent. This time stuck on route 45 @ 5:53 pm. Driver is unfriendly, bordering on hateful. Has ignored me and other passengers that are obviously unfamiliar with the route and simply trying to get information. Bus 1142 was the one I was on. Ended up having to repeat the whole route because he couldn't lower himself to answer a simple question on multiple accounts. What is irritating is that I have seen many better representatives of your profession. He is not helping the image

I'm one of their customers. One stop between Dallas and South Irving where you catch buses 504 and 408. Or you can keep going until you get to Fort Worth. There is also a stop to catch shuttles to DFW Airport or the express 221 bus to UTA in Arlington. To connect with this train, take the green or orange trains to Victory Station northwest of the city or the blue or red to Union Station. They say they have Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work for me.

My wife has been riding this train for over 6 years. Ever summer you never know when you will be cooked inside the train. The A/C systems are unreliable. Today it was 80 degrees on the train and high humidity making it feel like 90 degrees. This is an ongoing Issue. Fix the A/C on your trains Trinity Railroad!!!!!

I ride these trains to Dallas and back, Monday-Friday. Courteous employees, who also do a good job at checking tickets and passes! Trains are always on time. They also let you know in good time if the schedule changes or there's going to be a delay. However, TRE says: they are \pleased to offer free wifi\ to their customers, but then, wifi is unavailable most of the time. There is room for improvement!

Well where can I start. My son and I took the train to Irving from Dallas. Trying to spend the day together. Long story short ,when the night came before we had gotten on the train we had asked the conductor if he was going towards the west end . We made sure. So as we were riding we noticed that the train was taking long to get to west end. We asked one of the passenger,s on the train and they told us that the train was going towards fort Worth. WRONG DIRECTION. AND IT WAS THE LAST TRAIN. So my son and I was stuck in fort Worth. Had to ask a friend to come from Dallas to come and pick up. It had rained and it had really cold . My son and i we're not happy camper,s.
