Love using Valeta! Their booking system is super user friendly and their customer service has always been great. I've been using them for work trips for 4 years now and anytime I've been delayed or flight rescheduled and had to call to make changes, they are always friendly and prompt. Plus I love the cold bottle of water waiting for me in my car. Great valet company!

The last time I used Valeta they were so understanding and accommodating. I was traveling standby and on my return trip home I was bumped several times. Each time I called they were courteous and understanding. When I did arrive the representative was in baggage claim waiting for me to retrieve my luggage which had been stored in a locker by the airlines. I had cold water waiting and was able to walk out to my car which was conveniently parked outside the terminal where i retrieved my luggage.
Prompt, efficient service! Love being able to have someone right there as I get off a plane so there’s no waiting to take a shuttle to the parking lot. Also it’s nice to have oil changed or car washed while I’m out of town. Impeccable service!
I have been a happy user of Valeta for 4 years (when they were The Airport Valet). Flying AA out of DFW means you could be leaving and arriving at one of 5 terminals. It is very convenient to drop off your car with Valeta at you departure terminal/gate and have them meet you at your arrival terminal/gate. Their associates are always friendly and on-time. The folks who work in the office at dispatch are also great - they are very accommodating when I give them a call because I got to the airport early. The icing on the cake is the rewards program - you earn points every time you use the services. The rewards are valuable and easy to use. I highly recommend Valeta!!!!!
We love Valeta! They've always been on time to greet us when we depart and arrive at the airport. It really does take the stress out of figuring out what to do with our vehicle while we're gone. We've even had them take care of some general maintenance for us. The drivers have been courteous and trustworthy each time. We highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the quality of the individuals that work there to the willingness to go above and beyond anything I expect to help us cope with the complications of travel. We travel often and I cannot tell anyone how many times Valeta employees did something that literally saved us from missing flights. Also, to have someone meet my wife at baggage claim and walk her to her car has turned out to be a remarkable service. Thanks to the company and to their wonderful employees.
