Both doctors are caring folks and take the time to explain why my dog is so sick all the sudden. Both vets called me to report progress except the day my voice mail box was full. I apologize. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I just moved here and had experience with the Houston VCA ER for pets. I decided to go here due to the familiarity with VCA Emergency Rooms. These folks were much better, and the communication from the doctors is outstanding. The staff wonderful.

Having 5 cats it’s already enough making sure all of your fur babies are okay. But from my personal experiences from going to multiple clinics. They definitely have my business from here on out. Dr. Martinez is beyond awesome and professional. From being upfront about the situation and letting me know the options that I can take. It being an emergency you would think it would be a pricy visit. But for my fist time & It being an emergency it was handled perfectly. Thank you guys for being so responsive & helpful. I would recommend then to anyone who loves their fur babies ! ️
If you love your fur baby like I do. This Vet Hospital is the place to go. They are up front, respectful and most of all. They have a passion for fur baby's. I highly recommend this Hospital because they truly care. Every one is always concerned about money when it comes to health care either for humans or animals. I have \No\ complaints about the prices. Before they do anything they take an assessment of the pet and of course the cost of the treatment. They have never been pushy about the cost of treatment. I being the primary care provider for my fur baby it is what it is. If you love them, price should be a concern. I am say this due to some other reviews that I read. I care, they care about the health of your pet. I give this Hospital 100 percent thumbs up
My experience was absolutely unbelievably AMAZING! Dr. Eaton was extremely thorough and took amazing care of my dog. From the beginning with the tech, Casey, I was impressed. They made sure to explain step by step our options and how to best diagnose and treat my dog. Dr. Eaton then spent 25 minutes on the phone with me sending me and going over my dog’s xrays and blood work in real time, so I felt as if I were in the office with her... I love my normal vet, who unfortunately is not open on Sundays, but feel so fortunate to have found VCA in Irving. In response to cost that some other customers have commented on, I will say it was higher than my normal vet, but that to me is normal for a vet that is open 24/7, they were not unreasonable and I thought they were appropriate with the AMAZING level of care we received. We will be back.
I brought my older Cat here as an emergency. They too well care of him, kept me updated and even after I brought my baby home, I was more than welcome to call if I had questions about anything while he was healing. It is a bit on slightly higher end price but I think they're worth it.
