I reached out to Vector to terminate my contract due to the ineffectiveness of their equipment. Texas is coming off of rolling black outs and its still pretty cold here. Vector has locked me out of the APP and I can not control my thermostat which means I can not heat my house where my 70 mother lives me. However, I am not locked out of the payment side of their system. You may ask why not just control the temp from the thermostat well because it has no power as well. It always goes out and the only way to regulate the temp is via the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We have used Vector Security for the past 6 years and been 100% satisfied with their service. Our residential alarm system has had 1 issue over that time period (low battery, so not a Vector issue) and because of our maintenance plan, the issue was resolved within 24 hours. Additionally, the technician checked all of our equipment and sensors when he visited to replace the battery to make sure everything was secure. Easy 5 star review.
Vector came by to assist with a minor issue we were dealing with. Their support technician, Jose Rodriguez, was the one who assisted us. He was incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend Jose and the Vector support team.
It’s been a nightmare dealing with vector security since they installed surveillance system at my house. Firstly, the technician Ed installed the backyard camera way too high and out of range. It took them weeks to come out and fix it after we had called them numerous times. Then we had low battery on the panels and again took them weeks to come out and attend to this issue. Their technical support sucks and I am regretting doing business with them. I would strongly recommend potential customers to stay away from vector security.
The service is horrible... I repeat do not do not start service with them. the cameras no show up ....They said they will come after 4 day. They didn't come and no excuse to not send someone to come fix it. their technicians to look. So lazy and you can tell they just don’t care about their customers.
