I have been searching diligently for over a year now and today I found my family. I don't know if we are approved Credit wise yet but I can say that these Wonderful Ladies asked and answered EVERY question I had. I've been SO MISLED BY LOCAL DEALERSHIPS!! It's beyond my comprehension how the other's stay in business. Literally charging 10K for unnecessary supposed land improvement!! WARNING ASK QUESTIONS AND SHOP AROUND. This is where I landed after over a year of learning and they educated me even MORE!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!! A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO SAM so patient!

The worst customer service I have ever seen I’ve had a list of issues with my new home since day one CALVIN refuses to fix my issues one being a roof leak that he has not even attempted to fix he always says get pictures and send him an email well that doesn’t fix a roof leak that leaking into my AC unit destroying it he says he has to contact manufacturer mind you this has been going on for almost a year I have a one year warranty CALVIN also told me wasn’t going to fix my issues with my cheap home that I purchased from him he also said I got what I paid for ,leaking roof, loose and I level foundation, loose and squeaky floors all over the home, back door wouldn’t close he did send his boy CODY out to fix that but they rigged it and again told me the manufacturer would have to fix my other issues I’m in contact with them and the state
