Phony bill was generated by my Ex Phone Carrier. Months after my contract ended. GC services sends my a bill. You call and they ask for your credit card number right away. Mind you I was with the 16 years I know exactly when my contract ended. I ended my first line two months in advance. Because I ported my number. I still paid them. Even though I wasn’t using the telephone service. They said a second line was responsible for a lot of usage. But that was a lie. Because they he person acquired and started service with another carrier when they say the line was still on. I disputed the charge with the phone company who still has my credit card number. They could not justify the charge because they knew it was fraudulent. Their GC rep told me they investigated and would take 40 less. I told them I didn’t owe. He then threatened to report to the credit agencies. I responded by saying : They had already been notified. At this point his tank was out of gas. I have a really high Credit Score. Why would I not pay a little bill I have been paying since 2005? You tell people to pay their bills. So you don’t go after them. By the same token you shouldn’t use your collection office as a tool to collect fraudulent debts.

I was given a fraudulent letter stating that I had a college loan that needed to be paid and that they would settle for a portion of the amount. So I paid it. A few days later, I come to realize that this was for a loan which I paid off 10 years ago! The lender in which I had to loan with told me that they never go through GC Services and to stop payment right away because it is a scam. It must be a room of 3-4 people trying to scam people for money because I spoke to the same person in which I paid. Ron Grabowski. Shame on you. For someone who is trying to pay off debt to help better his family. Horrible company
With the amount of accidents, driving fatalities and bad drivers I'm happy to know someone is doing the job to handle these violators who do not pay their tickets. This is one of those jobs where you will usually see the worst of people. And reviewing these comments you see the types of people in our society. They were very helpful in providing me the information I needed. It's up to you to know how many tickets you have, seriously? If you ask about the driver's license release program, it is a program that wI'll allow you to get your license back by paying a specific amount and 3-4 remaining payments. Reviews are to help other people improve their experience not give you an authoritarian opportunity to cast stones because you don't know how to handle your affairs. I paid my ticket, got my license back and went about my business. Get your business in order people.
The answering machine says they are sheltering in place so there is no ones there. They give you a website to pay your amount but no where to make a court date which the sherrifs department assured me I could do. Horrible business
If I could give yall a zero I would. Customer service is rude and disrespectful to incoming callers. They rush you off the phone as soon as possible. They DO NOT LISTEN!!! They have taken money from me and did not care about how MUCH they overdrawn on my bank account. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and blame you for the problem. This company takes no accountability when they have screwed over their customers. Btw, they have NO corporate or headquarters number to ask formore information FYI: Just found out that any five star reviews are people that have been paid to say that or have previously worked for the company.
