I work at the California Institute of Technology and use Monrovia Waterjet & Laser almost exclusively for my manufacturing needs. Time and time again, these guys have saved me. The prices are unmatched, the leadtimes are very quick, and the quality is excellent. Monrovia Waterjet & Laser has massive, high precision Waterjet and Laser CNC machines along with numerous CNC mills. I've released thousands of parts with these guys and they always seem to get the job done, and more importantly, done well. Ryan manages the shop and he is a pleasure to work with. Elisha and Heather handle the accounting and are very helpful. All in all, these guys are a 5 star manufacturing house and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality machining at an affordable cost.

One of the best business experiences we have had. We had an urgent need for a precision sheet metal cut, not a major order, but they willingly fulfilled our need with a great final product at a very acceptable cost. They are the go to guys, top shelf business.
I have been using Monrovia Waterjet for almost 7 years on numerous different manufacturing projects including sheet metal, welded structures, CNC machining and assembly. They have always gone out of their way to help us out and provide good quality at an affordable rate. They are willing to work with you in the design phase and help suggest alternative methods that could help drive the cost down and speed the delivery. Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend giving Monrovia Waterjet a shot for your future manufacturing needs.
If I could give Monrovia Waterjet less than one star I would. I emailed Ryan and got a prompt quote and for some plywood to be cut. Which was nice because if you call the office Ryan is never there and if you leave your number to be called back don’t hold your breath. Dropped it off on Monday... was never given a status of the order or projected turnaround, called on the following Monday, apparently it was done earlier in the week but they don’t bother to call you and let you know, I think you are suppose to guess when they finish? Ryan’s answer was “I don’t know” to all of that. So I go to pick it up where I dropped it off, where they told me to go, because I call a week later to find this out, they moved my finished order to Fontana.... so wasting my time and gas to to pick up my order that wasn’t even there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE.
Don't wast your time with this company.Sent a cad for a quote, Ryan got back saying that my sldprt file is newer than the software they used so asking for a step file, that was about 2 weeks ago,no word from them.
