I have been snorkeling many years in the area and will never ever go anywhere else but this place from now on. The captain and his crew are phenomenal. They are super helpful, always watching out for everybody on their boat whether they're in the water or on the boat. The boat is pristine. It is clean, roomy, and very comfortable and accommodating for all guests. Whether you're a first-time snorkeler or have been doing it for years, this is the boat to go snorkeling on. Had an absolutely fantastic time, even though the sea was rough that day.

Fantastic snorkeling experience. Our hotel booked out of Cheeca Lodge. Very clean boat, great staff who helped us with all questions, and most of all safe equipment.

We went on a snorkeling tour with them our last day in FL, which was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation. I spent our entire vacation teaching my 6 and 8 yo to snorkel in preparation for this tour. When I made the reservations I asked about the water conditions, forecast, and what happens if the conditions are not good. They said they call and cancel or reschedule. The morning of the tour I called and confirmed the trip was still on. We got out to the reef, which is only a 15 min boat ride away, and the visibility was barely more than 5 ft, and the waves were so bad that out of a full boat (about 40 people), most were back on the boat in the first 15 min on what was supposed to be a 1.30 hr snorkel adventure. The cheap open snorkels they provide (which my husband used) made it a miserable experience with the large waves washing over your head every few seconds, even with the life jackets fully inflated. Luckily the kids and I had our own pivot snorkels so our experience with the waves wasn’t quite as bad, and we were able to stay in the water a little longer than everyone else. However, the waves were so bad that my 8 yo got nauseous and had to go back to the boat and take medicine. Eventually we were able to find the shallowest part of the reef that was about 10 ft deep and when the waves retracted we would drop down closer to it and could make out a few fish. A respectable company should have checked out the visibility and conditions in the morning before the tour and in this case should have cancelled the tour. We drove 2.5 hours down to the keys, and another 4 stuck in traffic trying to get back after, and spend 200 on this tour, and completely wasted our last day of the vacation because of this company’s greediness. I would recommend avoiding them and going with a company that cares about their customers’ experience.

Scheduled a sunset cruise, they called and notified us that because of the weather they were scheduling us for the cruise the following night. Luckily it worked with our schedule, they offered a refund if it didn’t which was nice. We went the next night and had a great time, nice & funny crew, we would definitely return.
