As a southern girl living in the keys, I have missed BBQ. But thank goodness The Cookshack has opened up to bring some delicious BBQ to the Keys! I love the concept of BBQ with island fusion. The Brisket fries are amazing - it’s a must try. The sauce drizzled on the fries is heavenly, but not to be outdone by the perfectly smoked brisket all over hearty seasoned & perfectly cooked fries. I’ve never been one to enjoy smoked chicken, but you need to try theirs - I have a new appreciation and love for it. Prices are very affordable. Service was professional and super friendly. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
