My wife, who DOES NOT DO TWO WHEELS, loved the 3 wheeled trike! We both spent a couple hours on them on consecutive days, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. As an avid bike rider I was a little concerned that we wouldn't be able to cover much ground on them, but I was pleasantly surprised...they were great! Good service, and the rates seemed fair. We're going to be back in Galveston in a few weeks, and hope to rent them again.

Spoke to an Employee here named Brad Lee. I asked him the difference between a bike he sells for 1,100 and a bike I was looking at for 599. He goes on to bold face lie and tell me that the 599 bike has a hi-ten steel frame, single wall rims, u-brakes, and steel crank. All of his info is quickly proven wrong with a simple Google search. This employee was bold face lying to me. And that's why I will NEVER do business here.

Amazing customer service. I bought an awesome bike. Galveston has lots of thorns that pop tires. Owner gave me new set of tires and heavy duty tubes. Very good guy. He's always got a good variety and price points. I went to several different shops to search for a bike and island bicycle has best selection by far.

Stopped by here on Sunday during my morning ride on the Seawall. Had some brake issues. Jeff ans Shawn told me they had a backlog of service and could not get to me. Started looking at parts and a few minutes later Shawn came up to me and said your bike is good to go and you may need a cable in the future. Went ahead and picked up a few things and thanked him for his time. Always great service here and the selection of bikes and parts are second to none. Thanks again guys.
