My family and I had a wonderful experience renting a condo here! The owner was very easy to work with, flexible, and helpful. The condo was in top-notch condition. My family truly felt comfortable, like we were home away from home. The view from the condo was unbeatable. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone and plan on going back myself!

Amazing views : Beautiful Properties
We rented in June. and loved the unit, the beach, the area in general. However 2 non-working coffee pots and Gary promised to bring one by and never did. Now it is the middle of August and we have not received our deposit back yet and they do not pick up their calls and do not return calls. Beach & Condo re nice, Gary not so much, unprofessional.
Tonya and Gary are excellent to work with. We have stayed at 2 different properties through Island Time Beach Rentals, both were beautiful with all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!!
DO NOT RENT....we rented a beach rental from Island Time Beach Rental on August 2 then on August 6 we found out papaw had cancer & only gave him a couple weeks to live so we called back for cancellation do to the fact and Tonya & Gary will not work with us at all they were very unprofessional won’t answer are calls pretty much don’t care!!! And made available to rent on the days we had rented
