When it comes to customer service bmc Issaquah is hands down the worst lumber yard iv been to. They truly don’t not care to help. I will never spend another dime here. Iv been here various times in the past 14 years since I started my company and only once have I had a good experience with a man who use to work in the millwork department that no longer exists. Prices are high to. Go to Dunn, go to chinook, go anywhere but here!

This is the only real lumber store in Issaquah. If you can't find something at the big box stores or need something above \builder grade\ then BMC will either stock it or they can get it. Their trim and millwork section blows away they're local competition. Open to the public.

Don’t know how BMC stays in business! Never answer the phone and people at counter are rude and inattentive. Stood at counter for 10 minutes before being helped because 2 people were helping one customer and two more were just B. S. Ing. I’ll never go there again. I can get more help at the Home Depot

Is this place ever open? The last 2 times I've driven here, they've been closed during their normally posted business hours. Fortunately this lead me to discover that the other local chain has improved their selection of millwork, so I will no longer have to deal with these clowns.
