My first-time buyer experience at I-90 was not what I expected after being recommended to I-90 by a friend. Nevertheless, after receiving a prompt response from management after filing a formal complaint I can recommend this place with some degree of caution. I-90 has great financing, a good parts department, and friendly staff making this place worth checking out if you’re shopping around. Their management and staff have great intention and will work with you to make things right if you feel that you didn’t get what you came for.

Unbelievably poor service. Took my outlander quad in to have new gas lines installed. Picked it up after 3 week wait. When I went to gas it up the tank was leaking from the tank outlet. They had not reattached the outlet on the reserve line leaving a gallon of gas on my garage floor. Called and was made to feel it was my fault but they would look at it to determine if it was their mistake. Took it back in and they (fixed) it and when I asked for some type of compensation for my hassle of bringing it in twice for a thier mistake was told no. A couple months later outlet begins leaking again. When I removed the grommet on the tank it was deterioted, cracked and ripped and obviosly not replaced. When I called I was told it had been too long since the repair (six months) and I would have to wait for an appointment which was not avialable until late October. When informed I need the quad next week was told to pound sand in no uncertian terms. A new grommet is 5 and the repair is 10 minutes long. They must not have had the part so just pushed in the defective part. What angers me the most is their refusal both times to acknowledge they have made a mistake and attempted to make it my fault.
