Small but fun place to view the salmon during the right time of the year, usually early October. It has an interpretive display with information about the fish. There is also a small park and downtown issaquah is just a block away with all of its restaurants and retail stores. Note that as of this writing the hatchery is closed to the public due to covid.

Great place to watch and learn more about salmon! You get to see salmon try to jump up stream, watch the fry swim around, watch the eggs hatch (if you go at the right time), and watch the entire life cycle in action! Great place to just hang out in a calm environment too!
