Went to a few different jewelry stores to buy an engagement ring but ended up choosing Marlow's for their service. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and found me the perfect ring (which I didn't think would be possible!). He wasn't pushy at all which made the experience very comfortable. The fact that it is a husband and wife team, in the business for many years, made it that much better. Will return to them for future purchases!

after more than 30 years I trusted Will to repair my Nana's ring. Granted there were a few stones missing when she gave it to me but when it lost another stone just recently, I went to talk to Will. I knew he and Debbie sold estate jewelry but after speaking with Will, I learned about his passion and expertise in working with estate jewelry. Thank you for making my Nana's ring look brand new like the day my Pop-Pop gave it to her in the early 1920's - I know she is smiling as much as I am!

She thought of every little detail and made sure I was taken care of. I then left a piece of jewelry with them for some fine-tuning and was pleased with the care they took. These folks have the experience and it is very clear with each service that I've requested.
