Wow, Dakota was so helpful. We went through the options and she had so much knowledge of all beds and accessories. Were only in store for 1 hour and had everything ordered and delivery setup. Dakota was awesome thank you so much.

Benny was the sales representative that helped us and was very personable and knowledgeable during our visit today. We got a quote on the bed that best fit us and he was not pushy or overbearing with trying to sell. We will be returning and purchasing from him very soon.

We’ve had a Sleep Number for years and love it. We just moved into the area and had trouble setting it up. We took the motor to this store and the sales person spent 20min with us trouble shooting. It’s working perfect now. We have been thinking about upgrading to another newer model and after the amazing service we got we will definitely be sticking with Sleep Number and returning to this location to purchase it.

Great sales experience at Sleep # in Issaquah Highlands. Wanted to check out a deal from Costco but the item was sold out and we had wanted to compare with the affordable C2 at Sleep Number -highly praised by CR. Salesman Dakota was thorough in knowledge and the company's technical-based evaluation is compelling. We upgraded to a C4 for slightly more . I've been having modest back pain and the variable firmness of an adjustable mattress should be a perfect solution.

Don't do it. The beds are just expensive air mattresses. Sure, you can return it if you don't like it. Sounds great, right? No, you'll be out 500 for non refundable charges. Hopefully I can be a cautionary tale for someone else. Go buy a different bed and don't even mess with these guys.
