I don't see any improvement on my kid swimming skills. Better to go with regular private poll swimming lesson for similar price. Also, Worst management, i have cancelled my account 2 years ago, still they are charging every year annual fee for last 2 years, they don't response to email or phone call regarding any charge. Better save your money and looks for better place.

Waste of money stay away from them. Big rip off. Use regular swimming poll private session for better for your money. All video are gimic. Not only that. They is no way to cancel your annual member ship autopay, even if you close your account, they will keep charge your credit car every year 51 annual fee without your knowledge . They wont respond to your email or call... there are so many customer stuck with this....reading so many review i understood that. I regret used their service.

Kept billing us without the option to stop the auto-billing. We called them several times during the COVID shutdown to stop the auto-billing and their phone lines were closed. There was no way to cancel online. Their voicemail said they would respond to emails upon re-opening. How weird is that! So, that basically left us no way to stop the auto-billing or request for a refund. Now upon reopening, months later, they put us under time pressure to either use the auto-billed classes or lose it. We did not feel it was safe for our child to return in the pool. CDC guidelines state that you should not be in the pool within 6ft distance of a person outside your family. When our child does not know how to swim and given these CDC guidelines, we did not want to return to swimming yet. They never refunded us for the classes we were auto-billed for. What’s worse is that they argued why we should send our child even when we explicitly said we don’t think it’s safe.

They keep charging me even though I’ve called 10 times and emailed 7. I have let them know I was taking a month worth of lessons and so far they’ve charged me for 3. There’s NO way for you to stop the auto pay... THEY have to. This place is a scam. I finally had to cancel my debit card today. Reading all the other comments, this seems to be a common problem. I wished I would’ve read teviees first. Silly me, I thought they were an honest company. Run to the hills!!!
